And when there is a mess, Jacob breaks out the vacuum. At Babcia's house, the vacuum has to stay out all day. Jacob is happiest when the vacuum is in the middle of the living room floor.
Jacob also loves his puzzles, stacking cups, letters, and the iPad. He has mastered the block sorter and always does the oval and circle first. Even the odd shapes are no problem for our little man. You can almost see the concentration.
Jacob is repeating everything we say. He says all his letters, their sounds and most numbers. He also says turtle, house, butterfly, and other words only we can understand. When Dada is reading a book, Jacob grabs for it and says "poooop".
Jacob still loves to have pretend mass where he holds books above his head, chants, and says "ahmmmm" (Amen). We have also caught him dipping his hand in holy water (aka the toilet) and putting it on his forehead. Yes, it is gross, but also very funny.
